Locked to this tenant (optilightelec.co.uk and OptilightElectricalServices.onmicrosoft.com). Any account in it can sign in. Other companies cannot.
One-off admin setup in Optilight’s Microsoft 365 (Entra):
1. Sign in to Microsoft Entra → App registrations → New with an Optilight admin account (not another company’s tenant).
2. Name it e.g. OES Reports. Account type must be Accounts in this organizational directory only (single tenant). Do not allow personal Microsoft accounts or other organisations.
3. Redirect URI: Single-page application (SPA) and paste this address:
4. API permissions → Microsoft Graph → Delegated → User.Read, Mail.Send and Mail.ReadWrite, then Grant admin consent.
5. Copy the Application (client) ID into the box above.
6. Entra → Enterprise applications → this app → Properties: set Assignment required to Yes. Then Users and groups → add only the Optilight staff who may use the app.
Microsoft then refuses sign-in from any other 365 tenant.
